As co-director of the EARTh Center and ATEEC—two NSF-funded Advanced Technological Education centers—Josh has overseen large-scale educational technology initiatives, coordinated multi-institution partnerships, and managed technical program delivery. His background in lean manufacturing operations gives him practical insight into industrial training needs and workplace efficiency.

For simulation projects, Josh ensures that training modules align with client learning objectives, meet compliance requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
