Josh leads project management and curriculum integration for CoAxiom's training simulation projects. With experience managing multi-million dollar NSF-funded programs, he brings strategic planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination expertise to complex simulation development.

As co-director of the EARTh Center and ATEEC—two NSF-funded Advanced Technological Education centers—Josh has overseen large-scale educational technology initiatives, coordinated multi-institution partnerships, and managed technical program delivery. His background in lean manufacturing operations gives him practical insight into industrial training needs and workplace efficiency.

For simulation projects, Josh ensures that training modules align with client learning objectives, meet compliance requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes. He specializes in translating complex technical processes into effective learning experiences and coordinating subject matter expert input with development teams.

Josh's operational expertise ensures projects stay on timeline, on budget, and aligned with client expectations from kickoff through deployment.
