With a background in digital marketing at Lee Enterprises—one of the nation's largest newspaper publishers—Richard brings strategic media production and visual storytelling expertise to simulation development. He specializes in creating promotional videos, product demos, and training introduction videos that communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

At the EARTh Center, Richard develops web applications, interactive platforms, and multimedia educational content. His technical stack includes .NET development, video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects), and motion graphics production.
