Our curriculum features a series of simulations designed to instruct user in the basics of Detection, Defensive Driving and Dedication. These simulations can run in your web browser, and will place you in real-life situations where the principles of Detection and Defensive Driving need to be applied. By learning this material through immersive interactions, rather than standard slide-and-quiz training modules, users will better retain and recall it when they face real situations on the roadways. Each sim deals with a different aspect of Detection and Defensive Driving, and they cover everything from driving in hazardous conditions, anticipating stopping time and speed, inspecting a vehicle before and after use, and dealing with protocols at traffic intersections.
By having trainees learn by doing, rather than learn passively, the 'Three D's curriculum's virtual simulations increase the cost-effectiveness of training programs and improve training outcomes.'
In addition to our standard curriculum's simulations, we also work with clients on custom immersive applications, to suit their specific organizational needs.

Three 'D' concepts simplify learning
without omitting important details.
By improving training outcomes, you raise trainee productivity and reduce costs (both human and monetary) produced by accidents and compliance requirements
More effective drivers and greater cost-savings mean you can do more with less--and with ongoing content updates, do so permanently rather than temporarily

Unlike other frameworks, the Three D’s effectively combines a simple-to-understand conceptual framework with richly detailed content, and unparalleled implementation and training tools–it reduces learning barriers while strengthening the retainment and understanding of basic principles through its use of advanced media (such as virtual reality software and AI tools), allows for the tracking of content comprehension through its LMS integration, and is simple to deliver remotely to trainers and trainees.
The ‘Three D’s philosophy stands out for its unique balance between simplicity of design and depth and complexity of detail: trainees will learn about all the nuances of safe-driving, but do so through a straightforward framework that will allow them to better retain and recall important information.
Additionally, unlike any other curriculum, the ‘Three D’s stresses the social importance of safe driving through its ‘Dedication’ principle. This is a key missed dimension of driving safety–the nature and importance of committing to safe driving habits, and the importance of doing so at multiple organizational levels, from individual drivers, to trainers of drivers, to managers of vehicle fleets and training programs. Covering this aspect reinforces the practice of safe driving in trainees in ways competing curricula don’t.
The tools provided by CoAxiom Services for the implementation of the concepts of the ‘Three D’s are unmatched in their use of new technologies and technological capabilities, and the ease of delivery of this technologically-advanced content. They leverage new innovations like virtual reality, advanced analytics and AI, without requiring huge investments of time and money from users and organizations. The benefit of these new technological advancements is not speculative–it has been well-documented by important safety authorities, like the American Society of Safety Professionals. (See here)
CoAxiom Services works more closely with its clients than other producers of safety curricula–if your organization has unique needs, CoAxiom Services can create custom content to suit those needs, including custom simulations, videos, and ebooks.
