Browser-Based Fleet Inspection Training — Live with Tri-City Electric

Tri-City Electric Co. deployed CoAxiom's browser-based vehicle inspection simulation platform across their Quad Cities driver fleet in July 2026. Drivers complete pre- and post-trip inspection simulations covering three vehicle types — pickup trucks, box trucks, and stake beds — as part of their regular workday, without leaving the job site and without installing any software. Each session walks the driver through a systematic inspection of their assigned vehicle, identifying faults across lighting, cargo securement, wheels and tires, windows and mirrors, Tommy Gate operation, cone placement, and engine compartment checks. Performance is scored in real time, and every session feeds live data directly into the fleet's administrative dashboard.

The Tri-City deployment covers three distinct vehicle configurations — each with its own 3D model, inspection checklist, and fault scenarios tailored to Tri-City's actual equipment and procedures. Drivers train on the same vehicles they operate in the field, inspecting the same components they check every day, against the same standards their safety program requires. The result is training that feels immediately relevant rather than generic — and data that reflects actual fleet-wide compliance patterns rather than self-reported completion logs.
